There are a number of ways in which you can order goods from our stores.

Securely, On-Line
You can order your goods, securely, with confidence, directly on-line. Simpmply browse through any of our stores, using the currency converter, if appropriate, to see how much your goods will cost in your local currency. For details about the curency converter, click here.
When you find gifts you like, simply add the goods you wish to purchase to your shopping basket. At this stage you will be asked where the goods are to be shipped and, where appropriate, how you would like them shipped. This allows the system to calculate the shipping costs. For more details on shipping, click here.

Don't worry if you change your mind about buying any item as you can remove goods from your basket. Once you are happy with your selections, simply advance to the Secure SSL Checkout. Here you will be prompted to enter your credit card and delivery details. Please be assured that we stringently protect all your personal information. Every credit-card transaction is encrypted using SSL (Secure Sockets Layer), so it cannot be read by a third party.

By Telephone
We would be happy to take your order by phone on +44 (0)1764 656351. If you are calling from beyond Scotland or the UK, please be aware of any time differences! The office is open between the hours of 9.00am and 5.00pm local time. Outside these hours an Order Hotline operates which will take your messages.

By Fax
If you prefer to fax us your order you can do so on +44 (0)1764 656352. Please remember to give the name of the items you wish to order as they appear on the web site, your delivery address (and billing address if different), your credit card number and method of delivery.

By Post
If you prefer to send a cheque we will be happy to ship your order on receipt of your payment. If you wish to order in this way, please remember to include your address for delivery and give the names of the items you wish to order as they appear on the web site. You should also remember to add the correct amount to cover postage and packaging to your cheque. The best way to ensure that your cheque is made out for the correct amount is to use the web site. Simply add your selections to your basket, selecting the appropriate shipping destination and method. The system will calculate the total order amount, including P&P, which you can use when writing your cheque. Please make your cheque payable to Scotch Corner Limited. The currency must be pounds sterling. If you are ordering by post it is as well to drop us an e-mail to let us know that your order is on the way. In this way we can expect your order and have the goods ready for immediate dispatch, which reduces delay.

GOODS RETURN POLICY
1) You may return any item in its original condition and packaging within three days of having received your order for a full cash refund.
2) All goods returned are at the senders expense. A refund of shipping costs will only be considered if the return is a result of our error.
3) Notification of faulty goods should be made within three days of the goods being received. All goods supplied by us are subject to manufacturing tolerances and are warranted as being suitable for the purpose for which they are designed, under fair conditions. Our liability under this warranty will be limited to the replacement, free repair or issue of credit against goods acknowledged by us to be faulty, providing such faults have not be caused by your misuse, negligent handling or improper care of the goods.
4) Inspect any received package thoroughly before accepting/signing for it. If the package appears to have suffered shipping damage, keep the original shipping carton, promptly contact the shipping company for a damage inspection report and request that the shipping company return the merchandise. Under these circumstances, do not return the merchandise yourself.
5) If you do need to return any goods, please remember to wrap the package securely as it may not be possible to offer a refund or replacement on goods which are damaged during return transit, and send it to:
