Can I get a refund if I return goods?

Under United Kingdom Regulations you have the right to cancel the contract for purchase of goods within seven days following the date of delivery. A refund will be made within 30 days of cancellation. Should you choose to cancel your order you can return the goods, at your own expense. If you prefer the goods can be collected from you with a deduction being made from your refund to cover the full cost of collection.

Once items have entered the delivery process you will not be able to cancel the contract for any services that have been provided by Scotch Corner Limited, such as gift-wrapping. As soon as we receive notification from you that an order is to be cancelled we will refund the relevant parts of your order. Cancellation should be notified via your on-line account.

We cannot provide a refund or replace any personalised goods or any items made specifically to fulfil your order, for example kilts and wedding rings. Therefore, when ordering items which will be made or tailored to your requirements, please ensure that you provide all of the information requested on the website and ensure that the information you give is correct and accurate.

For reasons of hygiene, we cannot provide a refund or replace earrings, items of headwear or items of body jewellery unless the return is a result of our error or if the goods supplied are shown to be faulty.
