Complaints Procedure
If you have a complaint about any aspect of the website, our goods and services you should notify Scotch Corner Limited  via your on-line account.

If you have not shopped with us before, and therefore don't have an account with us, you can contact us during office hours via LIVE SUPPORT.

We aim to answer your messages within 24 hours, Monday to Friday

Any complaint will be acknowledged within 5 working days. At that time, since gaining a resolution to the matter may require information to be collated from suppliers to Scotch Corner, you will be advised of approximately how long it will take to resolve the complaint. We aim to respond to all complaints within 5 working days. Throughout the complaints procedure you will be kept informed of progress and we will inform you of any delays that arise as part of the information gathering process undertaken as part of the dispute resolution.
